Soften into movement as Nicola guides you through a gentle yoga flow, designed to release tension and prepare your body for deep relaxation. This session is suitable for all levels, offering a grounding and nourishing experience.
🌙 Yoga Nidra & Reiki Healing with Nicola Ferns & Jenna Hastie (30 minutes)
Surrender into stillness with Yoga Nidra, a powerful practice that guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. As you rest deeply, Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout, allowing for profound energetic shifts and emotional release.
🎼 70-Minute Sound Journey with Kathleen Wilson from Sound Therapy Milngavie & Jenna Hastie
Drift into a deeply meditative state as you are enveloped in waves of sound. Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and ocean drums create a vibration that moves through every cell of your body, easing tension and promoting full-body relaxation. Throughout the entire sound journey, Reiki healing will continue to flow, amplifying the effects of the frequencies and enhancing your overall sense of peace.

Yoga mat (a few spares are available—please contact us in advance to reserve one)
Pillows & cushions (for your head, knees, or extra support)
Blanket or sleeping bag (to stay warm during the extended relaxation period)
Eye mask (optional but enhances deep rest)
Water bottle (staying hydrated is key after energy work)
Cosy socks & a warm jumper (your body temperature may drop when fully relaxed, so layers are recommended)

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, Reiki, or sound healing is needed—just an open mind and the desire to rest and recharge.

Absolutely! The yoga session is gentle and accessible to all levels, with a focus on relaxation, not flexibility. This is about softening and unwinding, not pushing your body into difficult poses. Nicola will guide you through everything, and you can adapt movements to suit your comfort level.
For two and a half hours, you’ll be guided through an immersive, deeply relaxing experience:
30 minutes of gentle yoga with Nicola Ferns to release tension and prepare your body for stillness
30 minutes of Yoga Nidra & Reiki where you’ll be guided into deep relaxation while Jenna (Bearsden Reiki) offers Reiki healing to clear blocks and restore balance
90 minutes of a sound journey with Kathleen Wilson, using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and ocean drums to take you even deeper into rest and energetic realignment
You’ll be lying down for about two hours, so bring anything that makes you feel warm, supported, and comfortable—a yoga mat, pillows, blanket, eye mask, cosy socks, jumper, and water bottle. A few spare mats and blankets are available, but they must be reserved in advance.
To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, doors will be locked promptly at 1:30 PM, and no latecomers will be admitted. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Refunds will not be issued for lateness, so please plan to arrive early. Doors open at 1.15 PM.
Yes! There’s plenty of off-street parking available near the venue, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. Think cosy—bring a jumper or hoodie and some fluffy socks to keep warm during the meditation and sound journey.
